Osmańska Street, located in the immediate vicinity of the Chopin Airport in Warsaw and the DHL distribution point, was developed while bearing in mind the needs of the logistics sector and its employees. Together with WXCA, we proposed a facility where “work-life balance” starts with the quality of life at work.
Our idea? Four independent mix-use buildings in a central location, one coherent campus connected by an athletics track, ecological finishes, all surrounded by greenery.
Et voilà. Our recipe for a functional space where working is naturally better.
